Massanutten 100 Rocks!

This is my friend Chris Garcia running the Massanutten 100 mile race in Virginia. This was taken this morning. I just may have to do this race next year. I hear it is tough and full of rocks! He is in great shape and I know that he will do well. I can't wait to hear all about it. Good luck, my friend!

Congrats to your friend Chris! I saw him finishing. Do come out next year, Kelly, as it's perfect goat stomping ground

Kelly,

I enjoy your blog! I am a 45-year-old mom of three as well as a former Montrail teammate :-). Thanks for sharing your training and ultra insights.

As for MMT...it was my first 100 and my running club, the Virginia Happy Trails Running Club (VHTRC) is the proud organizer of the event. The trail is very rocky and tough. We need some tough women from other parts of the US to enjoy MMT. Hope to see you in 09!
